Buyer answers

Answer once, everywhere you sell

Write it once, and it works everywhere: your product pages, every market you sell in, every language you publish in, and the assistants your buyers ask.

The same question, asked in four markets, answered nowhere

Most stores answer their common questions somewhere: an email, a chat reply, a line buried in a policy page. None of that is readable by an assistant, and none of it survives a translation into a second market.

The cost is not one missed answer. It is the same missed answer repeated across every locale you sell in, and a set of slightly different versions when someone does write them down.

Verity turns the question into one approved answer, published everywhere it is relevant, in a form an assistant can read and attribute.

1
approval per question
Approve the wording once. Translation and distribution follow from it.
FAQPage
structured data published
The answer ships in a form an assistant can parse and attribute, not as loose page text.
0
divergence between markets
Translated from one approved source, so locales cannot drift apart.
01

Questions taken from real demand

Suggestions come from what buyers put to assistants in your category and from the gaps found on your own products, not from a generic FAQ template.

In practice

  • Sourced from buyer questions and product coverage gaps.
  • Ranked by how often the gap appears across your catalog.
  • You can add your own, and reject the ones that do not apply.
02

One approval, then distribution

You settle the wording once. Verity handles where it appears: the relevant product pages, your markets, and every language you publish in.

In practice

  • Approve once, publish across locales.
  • Translated from the approved source, not rewritten per market.
  • Attached to the products it actually concerns.
03

Published as structured data

The answer ships as FAQPage markup, so an assistant can parse the question, the answer and who stands behind it, rather than hoping to find it in body text.

In practice

  • FAQPage structured data, validated at publish.
  • Attributable to your store, with author and publisher declared.
  • Readable by assistants and by search engines alike.
04

Kept consistent as things change

When the underlying fact changes, you change it in one place. Locales cannot quietly drift into contradicting each other.

In practice

  • One source of truth per question.
  • Editable after publishing, with the change propagating.
  • Reversible for 30 days, like every Verity change.

Key points

How to publish FAQ answers AI assistants can read on Shopify

Verity Score surfaces unanswered buyer questions, the merchant approves the wording once, and the answer is published as FAQPage structured data across product pages, markets and languages.

Multi-market FAQ for Shopify stores

A single approved answer is translated across published languages and markets rather than rewritten per locale, so the same fact does not diverge between markets.

From question to published answer

  1. 01Verity surfaces the questions your store never answers, drawn from buyer questions and from gaps found on your products.
  2. 02You pick one, and Verity drafts the answer from what your store already publishes.
  3. 03You edit and approve the wording. This is the only approval needed.
  4. 04The answer is translated across your published languages and attached to the products and markets it concerns.
  5. 05It publishes as FAQPage structured data, and stays editable and reversible for 30 days.

What this does not do

  • Translation is machine-assisted from your approved source. For regulated or legally sensitive wording, review each locale before publishing.
  • Publishing an answer does not force an assistant to use it. It makes the answer available, parsable and attributable.
  • FAQPage markup is published for assistants, not for a Google snippet: Google removed FAQ rich results in June 2026. What it buys you is a machine-readable question, answer and author.
  • Verity will not answer a question your store has no basis to answer. It asks you for the fact instead.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from a normal FAQ page?

A normal FAQ page is body text on one page in one language. Here the answer is approved once, attached to the products it concerns, translated across your markets, and published as FAQPage structured data an assistant can parse and attribute.

Do I have to write the answers?

No. Verity drafts from what your store already publishes and asks you only for facts it cannot source. You edit and approve.

What if my markets need genuinely different answers?

You can override a locale. The default is one source translated, because divergence between markets is usually an accident rather than a decision.

Can I change an answer after publishing?

Yes. You edit the source and the change propagates to the locales, and everything stays reversible for 30 days.
